Former Secretary, Pharmaceuticals, GoI, and Chairman of TRAI, he received Prime Minister’s award for excellence in public administration. He contributed to 5G recommendations resulting in speedy and successful auction of spectrum.
Raj Gopal IAS Ret'd
Former Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Gujarat, he contributed significantly to geology & mining, ports, transport, energy, and e-governance. Prior to IAS, he was on the faculty of IIT Madras. Post-retirement, he chaired the Gujarat Civil Services Tribunal.
Asheem Srivastav IFoS Ret'd
Former Principal Chief Conservator of Forest and Chairman, Biodiversity Board, Government of Gujarat, he has a master’s degree in natural resource management and zoology and has authored several books and many research articles.
